Graduate Job

  • Over the course of this two year programme, you will learn that sustainability management is a wide and varied topic that covers People, Community, Supply Chain, Waste and Energy (to touch on a few examples).
  • Babcock has structured its working groups, into three categories, Environmental, Social and Governance. This graduate programme focuses on the Environmental side, looking at Biodiversity, Energy, Waste and Water. Your work here will have a real impact on shaping and delivering the sustainability strategy for Babcock.

  • A BEng (Hons) degree is essential. And because the programme is accredited by the IEMA or Energy Institute, our preference is that your degree is also accredited by the relevant institution too.
  • Many of our early careers roles are subject to Security Clearance and Trade Control restrictions which mean that your place of birth, nationality, citizenship, or residency you hold or have held may impact which roles you are eligible for.
