Responsibilities

  • Their responsibilities include crafting well-researched documents and presentations, as well as the efficient execution of projects. Associates work closely with Project Managers and Directors in areas of business consulting, specialized training, sustainability leadership and sustainability development.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on sustainability leadership practices, emerging ESG trends, and due diligence procedures in impact investing and sustainable finance.
  • Project Execution & Management: Support BSR teams with research, written content, knowledge management, and tool creation to enhance project execution. Assist senior colleagues in crafting projects, ESG materiality, strategy, roadmaps, reporting and implementation plans, and schedules for project delivery.
  • Client Engagement & Deliverables: Produce client-ready deliverables in various formats such as workshop content, business development pitches, and case studies. Collaborate in the content and design of working group meetings, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of all materials.
  • Special Projects: Provide targeted support on special projects and assignments, particularly those aligned with BSR's broader mission and goals in the realms of ESG, sustainable finance and impact investing.
