Responsibilities

  • Working closely with clients to understand the performance requirements for their assets including net zero targets, performance optimisation, electrification, emission footprint etc.
  • Identifying opportunities and implementing sustainable practices and cost-saving improvements by using energy audits or industry-based rating assessments and tools such as Green Star Performance, NABERS, etc.
  • Conducting meetings with clients and providing project management to determine scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Undertaking assessments and audits on a broad range of facilities.
  • Assisting the team with ongoing day-to-day utility performance and management plans of a portfolio of assets (including but not limited to energy, water, IEQ, waste, carbon emissions, renewables).
  • Provide advisory services to developers, facility managers, asset managers, portfolio owners.
