  • Demonstrable experience of co-leading an impactful programme of colleague engagement on Sustainability, in a large and diverse organisation, demonstrating impact, preferably including the maintenance of a network of colleagues (Lead Criterion: In the event of a large number of applications we will use the Lead Criterion to initially assess your application during the Sift stage)
  • Experience of leading or supporting large cross organisational events
  • Experience of making effective use of intranet / internet sites (including editing) Microsoft Teams and SharePoint groups. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Software

  • Supporting the Sustainability Manager in a wide variety of work
  • Administration of the Departmental Sustainability Champion Network. Maintenance of the group, its TEAMs site, Communications, Design/Delivery of campaigns & Ad-hoc events. Recruitment and Onboarding of new members
  • Colleague engagement on environmental sustainability, to include co-creation of targeted high-profile campaigns with extensive reach through all available comms channels, organising events and developing intranet pages on sustainability to foster behavioural change
  • Promotion and delivery of sustainability learning opportunities (including speaking at events)
