Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Organization Design, Consulting and/or Financial Services experience
  • Practical working knowledge of organization design
  • Knowledge and experience of using organization design specific tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization, and ability to work in a large-scale complex environment
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
  • Ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner and work across senior management teams
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Consulting experience is preferred, including a high tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on organizational health principles and metrics across the enterprise
  • Identify organizational health metric outliers and develop remediation plans partnering with our stakeholders in HR and the Businesses/Functions
  • Partner with our solutions and technology teams to enable technology and reporting solutions
  • Prepare presentations for monitoring of metrics and action plans utilizing reporting and dashboards
  • Provide data analytics and insights for data driven organization design and job architecture decisions and actions
  • Design, develop and implement organization design standards, procedures, controls and playbooks
  • Analyze organization structures and make recommendations to drive optimal organization size, shape and skill mix
  • Provide organization design enablement and consultation to Business/Function CEO/CAO teams, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partners
  • Partner across the organization to deliver effective change management around broad-scale organization changes to roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
