Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of systems and validation engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Drive the design and development of innovative automotive test equipment systems from concept to production
Implement safety mechanisms and redundancy strategies to enhance the robustness and reliability of our systems
Work closely with stakeholders to define and document system requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of functionality, performance, and safety criteria
Collaborate with Project Management team to plan, prioritize, manage resource allocation, and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints
