Responsibilities

  • Translate our needs into applicable operational plans that improve recruiting processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize the team's impact. This includes managing recruiting programs, overseeing vendor relationships to ensure maximum return, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead projects to improve the candidate experience, from application to onboarding. This includes implementing new technologies, optimizing existing processes, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Be a knowledgeable resource for candidates and the recruiting team, providing support on company programs, internal tools and policies.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Legal, to guide improvements and ensure understanding on main programs.
