Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process
  • Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage all aspects of high-volume interview scheduling across the team and be proficient in balancing multiple requests and priorities
  • Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System, Workday, and manage all new starter communications up to their first day
  • Provide and maintain necessary, timely, and accurate data to ensure seamless processes and experiences
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries in team’s shared mailbox
  • Provide accurate, complete and timely responses on a variety of inquiries to Applicants, Suppliers, Hiring Managers, and other Stakeholders
  • Process and monitor background checks for all new hires
  • You’ll exhibit exceptional organizational skills, are comfortable managing multiple workloads, and are able to prioritize your own workload
  • You’ll be an excellent communicator and be able to build good relationships with colleagues and candidates
  • You’re detail oriented and meticulous about providing error-free work
  • You’re willing to get involved and support colleagues when times get busy
  • You can stay calm and focused whilst managing multiple priorities
