Responsibilities

  • Full recruitment lifecycle for professional roles, including senior-level hires and specialist roles.
  • Proactively headhunt exceptional talent and be a champion for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  • Stay connected with external market factors as well as new best practices/trends affecting recruiting.
  • Understand the importance of the candidate's experience and the ability to always operate with a stakeholder focused mindset.
  • Reporting on metrics – Time to hire, cost per hire, with a key focus on keeping group leaders up to date on candidate pipeline.
  • Experience of designing effective and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • The Talent Acquisition Leads (TAL) will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
  • The TAL is responsible for upholding the Saffery Champness values and ensuring they limit any compromise to both the Saffery’s employment and People Experience brands. As the holders of their portfolios, they should always represent their team and colleagues in the most positive light.
