Responsibilities

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (Directeurs RH, responsables de lignes de produits / dirigeants de sites, approvisionnement, communication, finance) afin de définir et déployer les stratégies de recrutement régionales en adéquation avec les besoins actuels et futurs en effectifs de la région des Amériques.
  • Travailler en partenariat avec la direction des RH et les dirigeants d'entreprise pour identifier et ajuster les plans de recrutement annuels et optimiser en continu la performance des embauches.
  • Élaborer un plan de ressources et un budget adaptés aux besoins du business.
  • Accélérer notre ambition en matière de diversité des genres en promouvant des pratiques d’embauche basées sur les compétences et en mettant en place des programmes pour attirer et fidéliser les talents féminins au sein de nos sites.
  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre locale de la nouvelle stratégie de marque employeur d’Alstom via différents canaux en ligne, y compris les réseaux sociaux, les salons de l’emploi et les événements de réseautage. Garantir une expérience candidat positive tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Assurer un recrutement de qualité, rentable et rapide, en soutenant la digitalisation, l’adoption des processus et des outils liés au recrutement.

  • Contribute to localize Alstom’s new employer brand strategies through various on-line channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events. Ensure a positive candidate experience is offered throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely hiring performance, supporting the digital roadmap orientation, process and tool adoption strategies.
  • Is able to propose, deploy and adapt the right organizational talent acquisition set-up to best support our business and site.
  • Lead change management initiatives to align stakeholders with the new talent acquisition ambition as part of our “Attract” strategic pillar of our HR strategy.
