  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and feedback collection via SAP tools, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Facilitate offer generation, approval, and candidate onboarding through SAP’s recruitment and HR tools. Ensure a seamless transition from candidate acceptance to new hire onboarding.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate recruitment reports using SAP, track KPIs, and provide insights on recruitment performance. Proactively recommend improvements based on data trends.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
