Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for specific business units and the Caregiver Office (CGO), understanding needs and action plans.
  • Translate business needs into effective hiring plans, proactively identify areas of risk and intervention plans, ensuring a smooth and reliable recruitment process and experience. This includes but is not limited to requisition assignments, job intakes, success profiles, new caregiver starts.
  • Be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring effective and efficient delivery, including escalation management for both the business and CGO.
  • Monitor agency usage and pipeline programs and support needs analysis.
  • Become strategically involved in operating and business reviews, acting as the recruitment Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Be responsible for meeting goals and ensuring talent acquisition support of assigned client areas.
  • Attend internal and external recruitment events.
  • Oversee people leader selection and other critical searches.
