What is the primary focus of the Talent Acquisition & People Coordinator role?
The primary focus is divided into two main sections: Talent Acquisition coordination (70%) and People Team support (30%).
What responsibilities will I have in the Talent Acquisition coordination section?
You will own and drive interview scheduling, maintain and ensure the accuracy of the ATS and TA databases, advertise job openings, optimize hiring processes, participate in kick-off calls, and identify data hygiene, automation, and efficiency opportunities.
What tasks will I be expected to perform in the People Team support section?
You will manage team rituals and meetings, handle logistics for the onboarding program, assist in planning People events and initiatives, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the People strategy.
What qualifications are preferred for this role?
We prefer candidates with experience in an assistant or coordinator role in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, task prioritization abilities, familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems, strong communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for being a core member of a team.
