  • Build a diverse candidate pool, proactively source and identify active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and other technical or creative methods
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure the hiring process moves forward to hit hiring targets
  • Manage the candidate process, act as a candidate advocate, and utilize the Applicant Tracking System to efficiently process and track candidates
  • Track recruiting goals and metrics for the division
  • Propose and assist with implementing ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts
  • Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information
