Responsibilities

  • IT / Tech Recruitment: Identify, attract, and place candidates in various IT / Tech roles within Flotek Group
  • Partner with (and advise) Hiring Managers on the local talent market, influencing the sourcing strategy, and attracting top talent for open positions
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand team dynamics, skills and personality needed for a new hire to fit into each role
  • Using market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on potential bottlenecks and developing a strategy to influence the candidates decision making
  • Work with the marketing team to help branding and in turn help attract the best local talent
  • Utilise candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent including LinkedIn, networks, data base
  • Screening of applicants, setting up interviews and supporting the recruitment process (start to finish)
