Requirements

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS programs
  • Boolean/ERE/AIRS training is a plus, but not required
  • LinkedIn Certification is preferred, but not required
  • Microsoft Office Suites proficient
  • Proficient in creating, pulling & interpreting recruiting metrics
  • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or Sourcing, preferably in a Retail environment (Agency or In-House)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and sourcing platforms (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Travel: IE- 5-10% of the year to Talent Acquisition Team or Retail team meetings at UA Headquarters and/or Distribution Centers
  • This position is fully remote

Responsibilities

  • Utilize proactive, creative, and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source a diverse pool of candidates including leveraging online recruiting resources, social media, ATS, meet-up groups, University partnerships and driving teammate referrals
  • Support sourcing for difficult to fill & hard to hire markets with hourly & salaried roles across the Americas Retail business mainly; supporting the Distribution Center business as bandwidth permits
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit for current or future opportunities
  • Attend recruiting kick-off meetings and collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and HR Business Partners to build search strategies and create robust, diverse candidate pipelines
  • Serve as liaison between the Retail field & HR Admin to monitor themes causing errors and delays in the hiring and onboarding process, and work to minimize through creation & communication of training and resources
  • Use metrics and data to drive and influence decision making for recruiting talent to Under Armour
  • Develop reporting tools, resources & dashboards to be shared with Hiring Managers and HR partners
  • Play a critical role project managing high volume hiring recruiting efforts, talent driven projects & initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned, including representing TA on key HR initiatives and projects
