Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience on a variety of roles and levels within the retail industry.
  • Retail experience preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a Talent Acquisition environment.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead recruitment efforts for retail management roles including Store Directors, Store Managers, Operations Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Department Managers across the Maisons.
  • Provide guidance and support to Store Managers through training initiatives for their team's recruitment efforts.
  • Perform administrative recruitment support tasks including job posting through the ATS, offer letter generation, background monitoring, and new joiner tracking via MS Office.
  • Assess resumes and credentials to ensure candidates possess the necessary skills, experience, and knowledge for the positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create diverse sourcing strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse representation.
  • Source, engage, and activate diverse, passive candidates using both traditional and innovative search techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to LVMH policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in talent mapping and workforce planning, with a strong focus on the retail population.
  • Ensure background checks are initiated in a timely manner and assessed for any critical concerns.
  • Run job descriptions through internal platforms to ensure inclusivity of EEO categories, driving a diverse and equitable company environment.
  • Develop and execute campus engagement strategies for the internship program at LVMH Fashion Group through academic relations.
  • Post and maintain job openings on internal and external career sites, campus sites, and other platforms.
  • Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with network universities to facilitate campus activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing the company's presence in academic institutions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the campus engagement platform (aHRtemis), optimizing it for efficient academic event planning and seamless communication with university stakeholders.
  • Strategically plan and execute career fairs at partner universities, creating opportunities to connect with top talent and promoting the company's brand as an employer of choice. Additionally, engage with Fashion Universities, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and local universities to support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, fostering a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
