Responsibilities

  • Manage the assessment process for temporary hiring, including test management. Keeping tests up to date and tracking applicant data is key for the success of the hiring campaign.
  • Initiate the interview scheduling process in partnership with our Talent Coordinator.
  • Occasionally source and screen candidates, managing candidate applications efficiency and conduct thorough candidate assessments.
  • Work permit review for Non-EU candidates, driving the candidate through the process accordingly (move forward, reject or raise a query).
  • Be responsible for the final part of each recruitment process, managing rejection communications with unsuccessful candidates and partnering with HR to ensure selected candidates are successfully on-boarded and welcoming new employees.
  • Assist candidates to obtain the Social Security Number (SSN) ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Obtain and verify Flexible Work Agreements (FWA) for new employees, and assist in completing the SEPE (Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal) forms.
  • Manage the process with new employees to obtain the NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) and ensure certificates and TA1 forms are approved and signed to obtain the Spanish Social Security number.
