Responsibilities

  • As a Talent & Development Partner, you will be an ambassador for the T&D COE offerings and guide the successful implementation of all products across the portfolio. You will develop strong and productive partnerships with business area HR and Learning and Development teams. You will provide insights and connections from your business area back to the COE, including learning and talent technology, learning programs, Global Talent Standards, coaching, mentoring, psychometric assessments, team effectiveness, organizational development, and Talent engagements.
  • You will support the Talent Review process for the area by preparing initial content and data, documenting outcomes in centralized systems, and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition CoE to build external and internal succession insights. Additionally, you will co-design targeted interventions with the HR team and T&D Director, providing insights and connections from your business area to the T&D COE.
  • You will act as a T&D SME in the design, implementation, and execution of global and area-specific T&D and Talent Strategy interventions, coordinating and upskilling the business area T&D and L&D Community.
