Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to support the People Management Cycle
  • Implementing scalable trainings, workshops, and educational resources
  • Leading a sustainable employee engagement strategy across the employee life cycle in the Americas
  • Managing and assessing learning & development resources including educational assistance and recognition programs
  • Conducting continuous assessments and data analysis within our learning management system
  • Providing world-class end-user customer service support for all learning platforms and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address local learning needs and budgets
  • Designing and supporting programs for performance management, career development, succession planning, and leadership growth
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the Americas Talent Management strategy
