  • Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Headhunt and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging creative messaging and employer branding techniques.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
  • Use data analytics to understand market trends, candidate behaviour and monitor key metrics such as response and conversion rates, and TTF to identify areas for improvement and adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Identify future hiring needs and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain regular contact with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities.
  • Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics, such as the number of sourced candidates, response rates, and conversion rates.
