Responsibilities

  • Building the brand of Reach through liaising with external candidates, building direct candidate networks, as well as continuing to foster key agency relationships;
  • Developing strong relationships with Reach Consultants and liaising with Consultants about role opportunities as they arise to ensure Reach is meeting both the needs of its clients and the career aspirations of its Consultants;
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary/contract lawyers in the Australian offices including drafting job descriptions; screening applications; scheduling interviews and booking rooms/VC facilities for interviews; conducting interviews; and agreeing commercial terms;
  • Researching and creating market maps/searches for specific vacancies, and headhunting selected candidates after consultation with relevant partners/hiring managers;
  • Administration of internal candidate management and vacancy system, including closing finalised roles, moving candidates through workflow stages, ensuring all contact is recorded against candidates' profiles, and ensuring all hire and cost data is recorded against each role.
