Responsibilities

  • Support production activities related to MRTT conversion.
  • Coordination of multifunctional team to achieve the delivery goals without pending works.
  • Ensure Health and Safety, FOD and House Keeping standards accomplishment in the area.
  • Accomplish the level of quality required reducing the cost of non-quality.
  • Follow the schedule and continuous improvement in order to reduce costs and lead time.
  • Follow the Job Cards instructions and MI tasks associated with continuous improvement.
  • Organize the different task in order to achieve a high level of efficiency.
  • Accomplish the conversion tasks with in stablished budget and all proposal to reduce cost when possible.
  • Manage the incidence generated at shop floor level and control their flow.
  • Contributes to Production excellence by managing and leading the Production tools.
  • Contributes to staff improvement expertise by increasing their capabilities and skills.
  • Work in double shift.
  • Provide shop floor support in order to solve issues during manufacturing processes.
  • Support the multi-functional team for the problem solving and improvement process.
  • Manufacturing structure and process, associated documentation (work order, technical Instruction, Job card. ..), updated process.
  • Manufacturing feedback (KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving).
  • Updated documentation, technical solution, improvement proposal and implementation.
  • Support the department during aircraft conversion into MRTT, in particular disassembling and aircraft stress free.
  • Maintain the facilities in adequate order in compliance with the standards of HK, FOD and safety rules.
