Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
CPA candidate required, CPA preferred
0-1+ years of public accounting or industry experience, or a combination of both
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Weaver is looking for entry-level Tax Associates to join our growing teams. A Tax Associate prepares various types of federal and state tax returns for clients in a variety of industries and researches related key issues as needed. A Tax Associate also assists with other tax planning and consulting projects. A Weaver Associate is a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity.
