Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assist students as needed in their daily routines across classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Initiate and follow through with behavioural interventions as designated and demonstrated by the classroom teacher.
  • Support the learning and wellbeing of pupils throughout the school.
  • Work alongside and advise learning support assistants.
