We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants in the Romsey area to cover bookings in local Primary Schools. As Teaching Assistants, you may be required to work as a general Teaching Assistant; helping the teacher as and when needed and providing care and support for any students needing assistance!

You may also be required to work 1:1 with students that have special educational needs or challenging behaviours, so if you have some background and experience in a care setting then we would also like to hear from you.

Responsibilities


 * Collaborate with teachers to facilitate lesson delivery and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant.
 * Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students, following teacher directives.
 * Aid in the preparation of learning materials and resources in your role as a Teaching Assistant.
 * Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, contributing to its maintenance.
 * Cultivate positive relationships with students and provide support for their social and emotional development as a Teaching Assistant.
   
   

Requirements


 * Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
 * A genuine passion for education and a commitment to the well-being of students.
