Responsibilities

  • Daily Team Support: Proactively assist the Asset Management team in business planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordination with Suppliers: Prepare and coordinate instruction letters for technical suppliers and protocols, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Marketing Assistance: Collect and maintain property-specific documents to keep the company website updated and relevant.
  • Lead Management: Gather and process lead information into the Salesforce system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Lease Document Preparation: Prepare lease agreements in Salesforce and manage the digital signing process to ensure timely and smooth completion.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare agendas and arrange internal and external meetings, ensuring rooms are booked and ready, and all attendees are well-informed.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with team assistants in other countries to coordinate travel, optimize communication, and maintain a strong international support network.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine operating practices and procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency in areas such as agenda planning, governance, reporting, and expenditures.
  • Travel and Event Coordination: Organize travel arrangements and support event planning for the team, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
