  • Communicate the company vision, strategy and goals within your Customer Success team
  • Directly oversee a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure the achievement of team and individual goals (gross retention, upsell pipeline generation)
  • Guide team performance, lead and coach people to ensure goal achievement, and identify development potential
  • Identify knowledge gaps and training needs, to ensure your team is set up to succeed, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement (ie. tooling, workflows)
  • Help strategic development of SoSafe Customer Success through collaboration with management of the entire Customer organization, and other cross-functional teams
