Candidates should have at least 2 years of people management experience and 7 years of overall experience in financial statement preparation or financial reporting. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable.
Is knowledge of specific accounting principles important for this role?
Yes, knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, Swiss GAAP, and IFRS is preferred through studies and/or work experience.
What software skills are necessary for this position?
Excellent desktop, IT, and systems skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with the Sungard InvestOne fund accounting platform or Confluence/FundARC Suite is advantageous.
What are the working hours for this position?
