Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, OR equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or closely related discipline.
- Human resources, employee relations, and/or investigations experience.
- Ability to manage multiple daily tasks and projects with minimal direction.
- Experience handling confidential matters and documentation.
- Experience managing conflict resolution.
- Experience coaching employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability and willingness to support rotating shifts of 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM and 4:45 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher specifically in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Toyota Production System tools experience.

Responsibilities

Manage daily investigations and corrective action situations:
Create corrective action documents.
Facilitate and/or support issuance of corrective action.
Make recommendations based on facts gathered, support peer reviews, and more.
Documentation of investigations (with legal concurrence of decision as needed).
Group Leader / Supervisor support and assistance for policy interpretation and team member relations management.
Prioritize projects and/or activities with the demands of the production floor as well as the administrative office personnel.
Manage local labor relations; team member morale, labor management systems (Shokuba Junkai).
Manage policies, policy adherence, and consistent application of policies.
Achieve 100% on compliance activities: attendance audits, ethics training, HR annual audit, compliance taskforce.
Support policy input and concern resolution management.
Executive round table forum facilitation.
Effective Daily Labor Management (EDLM); includes weekly/monthly reports, data gathering and analysis, trend analysis, and heat map tracking.
Responsible for team building activities.
Facilitate policy training in New Hire Orientation.
