This onsite position is based at the manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama.

Yes, experience in Human Resources, employee relations, and/or investigations is required.
What level of education is required for this role?
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
Is prior experience in manufacturing beneficial for this role?
Yes, manufacturing experience is considered an added bonus for this position.
What tools or software proficiency is expected for candidates?
Candidates should have proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Are there specific work shift hours required for this position?
Yes, the role requires support for rotating shifts of 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM and 4:45 PM to 1:00 AM.
