  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience in a DOD environment and familiarity with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG)
  • Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system

Responsibilities

  • - Perform a variety of functions in providing proactive administrative support of our field teams and deployable personnel
  • - Provide proactive administrative support at the Director level
  • - Prepare deployment packages
  • - Coordinate travel
  • - Oversee medical, dental, and vision requirements for deployed personnel
  • - Submit expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • - Maintain office supply inventory on-site
  • - Initiate and track various applications
  • - Process and verify data from multiple sources
  • - Utilize numerous IT platforms in daily tasks
  • - Liaise with all point of contacts on military bases and government buildings
