Responsibilities

  • - The Technical Business Manager support will support business management team with commercial clients in order to improve client service and satisfaction in the overall best interest of Patheon.
  • - Technical business manager team support by preparing slides and meetings, escorting clients, managing change control and systems, prepare quotes and perform other support activities as requested.
  • - Support with back off activities.
  • - Support to meet revenue targets and ensure contractual compliance in specific tasks assigned; support to identify the best solution for clients.
  • - They Ensure cGMP is applied in work area; understands emergency procedures and safe systems of work.
  • - They are aligned with all EH&S requirements and observes safety behavior in the working environment.
  • - Internally they relate with all company functions; externally with existing clients.
