Is this position remote or hybrid?
This is not a hybrid or remote position. You must be willing to relocate to San Antonio, Texas.
What are the educational qualifications required for this role?
A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program is required.
How many years of experience are needed for this position?
3+ years of related project experience are required.
What software proficiency is preferred for this role?
Proficiency in modeling using 3D software, especially Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or SketchUp is preferred.
Are there any qualifications that can enhance my application?
Yes, state licensure and LEED accreditation are a plus, along with knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software, including Grasshopper.
What kind of work will I be doing in this position?
You will participate in all project phases, collaborate with various stakeholders, produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings, and utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts.
