  • Manage tracking and planning of customer requests, then collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure that we always deliver
  • Track all outstanding QA issues and partner with our QA team to ensure that they are resolved
  • Help drive engineering execution by highlighting priorities and risks, removing roadblocks, and maintaining clear communication internally
  • Coordinate with various teams across Applied Intuition to move projects forward
  • Support communication with customers via progress updates, presentations, and meetings
