Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5+ recruiters as well as their career growth and performance reviews, providing mentorship, constructive feedback and coaching
  • Develop, drive, and execute staffing strategies with your team that support the needs of your engineering leaders
  • Utilize data and metrics to diagnose gaps, issues and proactively provide solutions to your stakeholders and recruiters
  • Partner directly with executives and leaders within the Engineering and Security teams to deeply understand their needs and bring new scalable solutions
  • Innovate on ways to build a strong talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
  • Work cross-functionally with your recruiting manager peers, legal, compensation/benefits, immigration, etc. to unblock issues, find efficiencies and better support the needs of your customers
