Requirements

Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military experience
0 – 2 or more years of related work experience
Ability to climb frequently and work from elevated storage tanks, ladders, stairwells, and walkways up to 150 ft, while carrying up to 15 lbs. of equipment.
Ability to lift travel cases up to 50 lbs.
Travel required up to 70% domestically; could include one trip per a year international
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers
Ability to obtain TWIC certification for entry into secure port facilities
Ability to maintain a passport for international service travel
Legal authorization to work in the United States
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL SET YOU APART:
PLC programming experience
Proficient with electronic test instruments and communication/interface modems
Knowledge and experience reading and interpreting electrical diagrams

Responsibilities

Perform field service commissioning and repair of products, including startup, programming, troubleshooting, calibration, and failure analysis.
Handle technical phone/email support to the technical staff and customers.
Coordinate and make travel arrangements with customers, both domestic and international.
Provide and write detailed technical reports.
Will monitor and respond to callouts and emergencies on a rotational basis
Ability to work with a team, keep required work schedules, and follow work and safety rules
