Responsibilities

  • Sie übernehmen die After Sales Service-Aktivitäten an unserem Hauptsitz in Richterswil und bei unseren CH-Kunden vor Ort.
  • Analyse und Behandlung von technischen Fragestellungen und Reklamationen.
  • Sie bieten technische Unterstützung und Auskunft für interne und externe Ansprechpartner.
  • Sie verantworten die Abwicklung von Reparaturen inhouse und On-Site, einschliesslich der Reparatur-Auftragserfassung, der Koordination und der Terminüberwachung.
  • Sie leisten fachtechnische Unterstützung bei Beta-Tests, Produkteinführungen und Produktschulungen.
  • Sie sind für die Überprüfung von Retouren zuständig sowie das Erstellen von Fehlerberichten und entsprechenden Gutschriften.
