Responsibilities

  • Identify/anticipate the recruitment needs in each market and ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment process
  • Identify strong retail talents in each market; from sales associate positions in key markets to Boutique Managers
  • Develop a “retail network” of contacts
  • Mystery shopping - visit the local markets and acquire a deep knowledge of each market specificity and needs.
  • Ensure a qualitative recruitment validation process: phone or in person interviews of each candidate, coordination of interviews, reference check, extension of offers and follow-up to candidates
  • Follow KPI and productivity of our sales associates
  • Anticipate succession planning needs and internal mobilities - for both Retail
  • Partner in developing new Recruitment tools in close partnership with Paris HR team
