Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruiting campaign through the following: participate in the development of necessary advertising, screen candidates, schedule interviews; conduct interviews.
  • Responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of HR procedures in regard to internal management systems, payroll, and other departmental systems, as they are updated throughout the year; know and adhere to departmental policy and established deadlines.
  • Counsel and advise temporary employees in all areas of Human Resources issues and address all issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide employment support to business partner including internal requisitions, external recruiting, interviewing, evaluating candidates and checking references, as necessary.
  • Possess excellent communication and client management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing the industry's best practices (sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment)
  • Ensure compliance within the hiring practices to meet all state and federal employment regulations and laws.
