  • Facilitate provisioning and management of test data in lower environments (e.g., Dev, QA, UAT)
  • Ensure compliance with data masking, anonymization, and de-identification policies.
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing test data that meets development and QA needs while adhering to data privacy and governance rules.
  • Serve as the liaison between Data Engineering, Application Development, DBA, and Information Management teams to ensure consistent practices for test data handling.
  • Work with Database Administrators and Development teams to identify sensitive data and ensure proper masking techniques are applied.
  • Support the execution of test data policies and procedures in alignment with enterprise data governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Data Governance and Compliance teams to track adherence and audit trails for masked data usage in non-production systems.
  • Analyze and profile production data to determine test data needs and identify sensitive elements.
  • Validate masked data sets for completeness, integrity, and usability in development scenarios.
  • Utilize and help maintain test data management tools, data masking utilities, and automation frameworks.
  • Recommend process improvements and tool enhancements to streamline test data provisioning.
