Responsibilities

  • Take accountability for the on-going governance of quality controls across our continuous delivery processes.
  • Plan across the releases to assure that continuous integration and continuous testing requirements are included early and consistently across changes/initiatives.
  • Define test strategies on project and/or program level and collaborate with teams to execute the strategy.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of metrics to track and monitor compliance to quality controls, release cycle time, defect leakage, and automation enabled through CI/CD/CT.
  • Perform Quality Assurance across build and test outcomes to identify improvements and propagate best practices more broadly across the engineering and testing teams.
  • Nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund and with suppliers and other partners to achieve required quality assurance and as a result, drive improved business outcomes.
  • Drive evidence-based decision making – including appropriate and simple metrics that provide solid data for informed decision making, such as adherence to quality controls, defect leakage, release cycle time, and opportunities to drive agility.
  • Ensure risk is managed in accordance with the Fund’s Risk Management Framework including risk identification and management, risk profiling, risk reporting and incident management.
  • Demonstrate commercial thought leadership, both within and outside the Fund.
