Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement training programs for TheraSphere within the PI commercial team.
  • Assesses training needs for all Field Sales personnel including consultants, associates and management
  • Travel to and conduct training programs at various sites in the U.S.
  • Maintain a strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders and internal cross-functional partners (Marketing, R&D, Medical, etc)
  • Analyzes performance of sales personnel to determine where additional training should be prescribed.
  • Prepares reports on progress of personnel under direct or indirect supervision during training periods.
  • Continually studies and develops skill in use of better teaching and training methods.
  • Assists Marketing Managers in development of new product training and new data releases.
  • Keeps informed of new developments within the field and implements business focused training.
  • Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported.
  • Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.
