  • Understand and analyze data, anticipate and address trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, tools and solutions.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations through data analysis to enable Compensation Partner to proactively provide input to leaders.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient utilization of data tools and systems.
  • Benchmark industry standards for data/analytics.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and training to Compensation Partners to increase capabilities in data and analytics.
