Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and administering total rewards plans and programs, including global salary structures, factory wage reviews and step progressions, incentive plans, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, stock programs, and recognition programs
  • Act as an internal consultant to HR business partners and leaders on basic and some intermediate compensation and benefit related matters to ensure consistent plan/program administration; serve as point of escalation for MyHR on more complex total rewards questions from employees
  • Assist with cyclical total rewards programs and processes including the annual merit review process, benefits open enrollment, incentive plan payouts, and stock grants
  • Support the effective administration of sales, marketing, and other incentive compensation plans by coordinating data management, calculating and auditing payouts, partnering with payroll and HRIS on processing payments, communicating with finance and sales leadership, and conducting analyses on plan payouts and performance
  • Lead the survey participation process by consulting with compensation, benefit, and regional HR partners on survey selection, serving as primary point of contact for survey vendors, and administering the market pricing tool (MarketPay)
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of total rewards programs and implement changes; evaluate and revise internal processes; and document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned total rewards processes
  • With direction, evaluate jobs for internal equity and external competitiveness, conduct market analyses, and communicate findings and results to HR partners and management
  • Lead the administration of retiree benefit programs, including enrollment for retiree medical plans, updating and maintain the retiree database, and communications with retirees
  • Process monthly billing invoices and reconciliation, and track benefit plan and total rewards vendor expenses
  • Partners with the HRIS & Analytics team on maintaining, enhancing, and testing systems used to administer total rewards plans and programs; maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system (Workday); and monitor interfaces with compensation and benefits vendors
  • Ensures compensation and benefit plans, programs, and practices remain legally compliant by monitoring changes in laws and regulations and proactively recommending program updates to maintain compliance
