Responsibilities

  • Lead and update Market Comp & Benefits Orientation for new recruits
  • Lead & Review Weekly & Monthly Salary Audit
  • Administer & Track Budget for Sick Pay Fund, Work Security Fund, Housing Subsidy Fund.
  • Administer Retirement Fund’s including supporting with Death Claim investigations
  • Support Comp Planning ONLINE System
  • Support Compensation & Benefits Manager to closely manage and monitor the utilization status and ongoing IBI Budget
  • Support Market Governance Process for compensation programs to ensure that the market is fully aware and aligned with the regional and global governance requirement and follow the process for annual attestation and any changes based on business needs and market prevalence trend.
  • Analyze external market data and use technology to proactively identify and diagnose business needs/opportunities and develop solutions to meet those needs, ensuring alignment with the business strategies and objectives
  • Participate external C&B survey and ensure data collection is proper and with accuracy
  • Identify current and future reward/recognition benefit needs through daily hands-on experience to deliver appropriate solutions and provide supports on annual holistic benefits competitiveness analysis and annual benefits review if needed
  • Coach, counsel and educate HRBO partners on C&B policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with payroll department for payments and deductions.
  • Assume responsibility of timely payment of monthly 3rd Party Premiums.
  • Lead IS Administration by ensuring all Comp and Ben policies and procedures are loaded and updated on the system.
