Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive and Support sales in building effective and actionable Customer and Channel Plans in line with company strategies and targets
  • Work on price, promo, assortment and listing guidelines
  • Build effective trade stories and customized commercial proposals, sometimes joining Key Accounts in presenting
  • Be the natural interface between Marketing and Sales team, facilitating a flawless communication in both ways and collecting customers insight
  • Analyze internal and sell-out data, focus on customer datas, set-up reports at the appropriate Category/Channel/Customer level, identify areas of under/over performance, evaluate risk&opportunities for growth, proactively manage gaps between category objectives and actuals working with Sales team in monthly cycles.
  • Analyze promo efficacy, co-define and monitor trade spending
  • Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business, preparing product catalogues, technical sheets, material for Sales team and using problem solving to impact in case of issues, i.e. logistic
  • Ideating and executing through agencies Sell-out activities (POS material, in-store activities, ad-hoc customer activities, communication on POS)
