Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Our Traffic Department works on high-profile and complex projects for state and local agencies in Texas and throughout North America. Our traffic work is challenging, interesting, and in many cases, on the leading edge of traffic engineering applications in the industry.
  • Our entry level traffic engineers gain valuable experience working on a wide range of projects from small-scale intersection improvements to complex interchange and corridor projects. Specific assignments would include traffic operations modeling, simulations, capacity analysis, safety studies, transportation planning studies, CAV studies, travel demand modeling and forecasting, and design of traffic control devices including signals, signing, pavement markings, ITS devices and lighting.
  • Position may include working at client site(s) and infrequent travel.
