To become an expert in the property industry, helping clients with any questions they may have.
To balance good customer service with the more sales-oriented approach needed to sell third party services.

Comfortable working within a fast-paced role and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

To generate new business opportunities for Sales and Lettings offices by:
Calling previous prospects, finding out where they are living now, and finding out what their plans are.
Finding out from existing prospects whether they own other properties in our areas.
Generating new business by touting competitors’ instructions and generating new data by using research systems provided.
To arrange meetings for local office managers to value properties and win new business for the company
To generate third party referrals, such as mortgage leads, for our preferred partners.
