  • As the Facilities Training & Assurance Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering key training programs, ensuring that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
  • From induction to specialist training in cleaning, food service, and equipment use, you’ll be the go-to expert in maintaining compliance with NHS standards.
  • You’ll also collaborate closely with our managers to assess and enhance performance, track progress, and continuously improve our training programs.
  • You’ll be the one who ensures that health & safety processes and procedures are in place & met, working hand-in-hand with department heads and H&S Technical Experts, to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
  • The role offers an exciting mix of hands-on training, project management, and strategic input into how we train the workforce of tomorrow.
