Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train all new hires in the School of Dentistry.
  • Provide training to staff, students, and faculty on software upgrades and workflow changes.
  • Develop and present materials to leadership and management to assist in their staff training.
  • Offer continued support and education to all staff as needed.
  • Conducts staff training and ensures users are proficient in EPIC and other software programs applicable to their role.
  • Provides educational materials to leadership and management to assist in the training of their staff.
  • Formulates teaching objectives in conformance with selected instructional methods such as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
